Tax returns
Per IRS Regulations, although forgiveness of the second round of PPP loans took place in July/August 2021 which is a new fiscal year, the amount forgiven is included as income on the 990 for FYE June 2021. The difference between SAAC's Profit and Loss Report and the 990 for FYE June 2021 is the result of this regulation.
