Join Hands Day

On May 6th, 2017, Starkville Area Arts Council partnered with Volunteer Starkville and Modern Woodman to present Join Hands Day. Join Hands Days, which is observed across the U.S. on the first Saturday in May, is about uniting the older generation with the younger generation in a day of volunteering. To celebrate the event, SAAC and their partners set up in multiple locations prepared with various unique art projects.
