25th Anniversary Cookbook and Celebration

SAAC's 25th anniversary is just around the corner! We've come a long way since our founding in 1996 and hope we are here for years to come. We've got an exciting year in store!

As part of this effort, SAAC has several key sponsorship opportunities that will not repeat, from Forks & Corks 2021 to our Arts & Culture Cookbook and more, give us a shout and we'll help find an opportunity for your business marketing needs!

Arts & Culture Cookbook

SAAC is creating a 25th Anniversary Arts & Culture Cookbook that will incorporate the arts, culture, and history of Starkville, Forks & Corks, and CDAF. We want your help! SAAC is collecting not only local recipes, but also stories and photographs to include.

To submit a recipe, this button will take you to the publisher's recipe collection webpage. This will help us by walking you through each aspect of the recipe needed. Create a login and use the Book Code 3975-RW.

Or, you can email a recipe, but we will likely need to follow up with you on details.
Please note: recipes that have already been published somewhere else must contain at least 3 modifications in order for us to use it. This may mean changing an ingredient, the title, and/or method of preparation.

Submit Stories & Photos
We are looking for stories about our culture, history, nature, and more! Have a story about the Cotton District Arts Festival, SAAC, or your favorite piano teacher? Do you have a great alligator story from the Noxubee Wildlife Refuge? What about your favorite artist or band at Dave's Dark Horse or Rick's? What about an architectural treasure? What stories should we tell?
